Nutrition Awareness freights products nationally and internationally. You are not obliged to commit to your order once your freight cost has been confirmed.
Nutrition Awareness orders will be processed & dispatched within 24hrs of being received, with transit time being approximately 2-5 working days from dispatch. Interstate areas such as Western Australia - freight transit time may be up to 10 working days.
Nutrition Awareness accepts all Mastercards & Visa, surcharges apply.
Direct Money Transfer to Nutrition Awareness is accepted.
Paypal payment function applies to all website transactions, processed in Australian Dollars - AUD, only.
All Nutrition Awareness website prices are listed in Australian Dollars - AUD.
All delivery costs are inclusive of GST.
Nutrition Awareness product deletions & new product arrivals occurs regularly. If your product is not available upon purchase, you will be notified as soon as possible. You may opt for a refund, place the product on back order or simply choose another product. If you are not contactable within 24-48 hrs from receipt of product payment, to be advised of product being out of stock, Nutrition Awareness will arrange a credit to be applied to your account. This credit can be refunded or redeemed by notifying Nutrition Awareness as per the website contact channels.
If you have received an incorrect product or the product has arrived to you - damaged. Please contact Nutrition Awareness immediately & if possible send a photo of the damaged product, so I have the opportunity to properly assess the delivery concern. In advance Nutrition Awareness apologizes for the inconvenience should this occur to your delivery. If it is deemed appropriate the correct product will be resent/replaced at no charge asap. Or provide a refund, either a portion or up to the total purchase price, of the damaged/missing product only.

Should you receive a faulty product please contact Nutrition Awareness immediately and a full refund will apply.
A photo of the faulty product may be required to ascertain the product fault.
If possible Nutrition Awareness will collect the products from you and returned to Nutrition Awareness.
